*****News Flash*****New/Existing Business Owners****** With the excitement of building financial freedom and wealth there are rules and compliance guidance that certain businesses with fewer than 20 employees will be required to file a BOI report starting January 1, 2024. Failure to comply with Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) could result in $10,000 in fines and up to two years in prison.
